Dan was invited to perform at a charity gala for Bill Clinton’s American India foundation. The event, which was held at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in New York, was emceed by CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta.
Before the event, Dan met with Dr. Gupta backstage, who turned out to be extremely nice and down to earth. It turned out that Dr. Gupta had seen some of Dan’s clips on YouTube, and when he introduced Dan, he commented “This guy is very good!”
