On January 25, 2005, Dan was asked to donate his services for a black-tie charity gala at Christie’s Auction House in New York. In addition to United Nations Under-Secretary Shashi Tharoor, Hillary Clinton was one of the speakers.
The event raised over $500,000 for tsunami victims, and Mrs. Clinton told Dan that she was “flabbergasted” by Dan’s uncanny Bill Clinton impression.
